Teshuvah.com was founded in 1994 and has always been a site dedicated to helping people to return to a personal and satisfying relationship with the Creator of the universe. The site has changed some over the years, but the purpose has not. And now the focus is on Countermissionary activity, dedicated to bringing Jews who have strayed from the faith back to Judaism and preventing others from being deceived into following other religions.

“A person who accepts Christianity as his or her religion, gladly accepts its sacred texts, rituals, dogmas and doctrines. This is what it means to be a Christian. All religions have their sacred texts, rituals etc. and people are free to live by whatever religion they choose. Ultimately, what is important, is that people treat one another ethically and morally.

“Having said that, a Jew needs to understand that he cannot accept Christianity and remain true to his Jewishness any more than a Jew can embrace Islam and remain true to his Jewishness. Christianity, as defined for the past 1700 years, has no foundation in Judaism. To the Jew, Christianity today is akin to Hellenism yesterday. The religion of the God of Israel and the Torah does not allow a mixture.”

Although we support everyone's right to believe as they would like, this site is dedicated to defeating the attempts of missionaries of all types to deceive Jews into converting to another religion.
